Almost didnt Post

One of the most important things is to follow through which is my biggest problem. Even if its a friend you have to get use to following through, reply, call back. I didnt really have much to post today so I was going to skip it. If I would have, I would have put my self in the same bad routine. So what knowledge can I share?
